Digital Products and Courses
EV Bharat Academy primarily sells digital educational products, online learning resources, training modules, and video programs. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital goods, access to learning materials is granted immediately upon successful completion of your payment transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Users can submit cancellation requests prior to receiving course access credentials. Once course access has been activated or learning materials are made available for the student account, cancellations can no longer be processed.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible Cases
- Duplicate Payment: Charged multiple times for the exact same order by mistake.
- Missing Access: Transaction was successful but the system failed to unlock course access.
- Technical Issue: Fatal system bug preventing content playback that our team cannot fix.
- Pricing Error: Charged an incorrect price due to an internal system platform error.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the course after completing the purchase.
- Inactive Account: Purchasing a course but neglecting to start or view lessons.
- Incomplete Work: Requesting refunds due to failure to study or complete lessons.
- Misunderstanding: Declaring expectations mismatched with clearly published outlines.
- Terms Violation: Suspended profiles resulting from plagiarism, sharing, or hacking.

Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refund requests will be initiated and credited back to the original source payment instrument within 5-7 business days.
The final credit reflection timeline in your statement remains subject to your bank, card issuer, or credit gateway processing speeds.
Duplicate Transactions
If multiple successful billing transactions are recorded for a single order by accident, we will audit the parameters and refund the excess billing value within our standard refund timeline.
