• Promptly notify our support desk of unauthorized usage

You are solely responsible for all activities and behaviors occurring under your user account.

Payments are handled securely via our verified payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

• • By initiating a purchase, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected instrument for the specified price.
• • All prices are displayed and transactions completed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• • Mandatory taxes (GST) will be calculated and displayed during checking out when legally required.

Upon successful transaction confirmation:

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate course access for violations of these Terms.

All training files, diagrams, videos, text copies, source code, logos, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of EV Bharat Academy.

Users shall not abuse community features, attempt unauthorized script injection, overload web systems, scrape database content, or run hacking operations against EV Bharat Academy systems.

EV Bharat Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, data corruption, business delays, or system maintenance interruptions beyond our control).

In all events, our maximum aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific online course under dispute.

We reserve the right to suspend or block your learner account without any prior warning if we suspect fraudulent transactions, intellectual property theft, terms violation, or general misbehavior. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to misconduct.

We may update these terms to align with legal upgrades, new products, or technical adjustments. Continued usage of our website and course catalog following changes constitutes an automatic acceptance of revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India.
